How do I choose a server?
Compare CPU or GPU plans, select a city, then configure memory, storage, network requirements and a billing period. Review the hardware and bandwidth total before checkout. Current stock and deployment timing require staff confirmation.
What happens after I place an order?
Your order and invoice appear in your client area. The invoice provides the available payment options; staff confirm stock and deployment requirements. Once payment is verified, deployment can begin. Server activation requires the operator to save and confirm the access details.
Which billing periods are available?
Monthly, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months. First-time crypto customers must prepay at least 3 months. PayPal supports monthly billing. After a qualifying crypto payment for at least 3 months is verified, future crypto orders may use any available period. The selected term is payable upfront.
How can I pay?
Approved orders offer configured PayPal and direct Bitcoin or native Ethereum payment options. Follow the invoice instructions. A PayPal return page or submitted crypto transaction hash alone does not confirm payment.
How do crypto payments work?
Choose Bitcoin or Ethereum on the crypto payment page to calculate the all-inclusive amount from a live conversion rate. Check the quote expiry, send using the specified network and submit your transaction hash. Staff independently verify the receipt and its invoice value before recording payment. Check the network and receiving address on your invoice.
What happens to an extra payment?
A verified excess payment is recorded as same-currency account credit, available for eligible new services and renewals. Staff must verify the payment before credit becomes available.
Can I use a promo code?
Apply the code in the server configurator. Valid codes show the discount before you place the order. Expiry, currency, billing period, account restrictions and usage limits may apply. Reapply your code if you change the configuration.
How does the bandwidth calculator work?
Choose peak-based or 95th-percentile planning, commitment and average utilization. The 30-day transfer estimate uses Gbps × 324 × utilization / 100 in decimal TB. The selected region, currency, billing mode and commitment determine the displayed monthly bandwidth price. The utilization estimate does not measure or predict the billable 95th percentile.
Where are my server details?
When staff finish deployment and activate the order, access details appear in your signed-in order page. A server-ready email is queued through the support department. Passwords are never included in those emails.
How do I contact the right department?
Open a support ticket and select Sales, Billing, Technical Support or Legal. Keep payment references in Billing tickets and deployment questions in Technical Support. Your conversations are private to your account and authorized staff.
How does the affiliate programme work?
Apply in the client affiliate panel. After staff approval, share your referral link. Eligible new-customer first orders can earn commission after verified live payment. Rates are saved at order creation; commission review and payouts are handled by staff.
Are prices and locations live inventory?
Listed prices are configuration estimates, not a live inventory feed. Listed cities form a location directory. Staff must confirm current stock, facility, bandwidth, taxes and deployment timing before payment.
