Essential storage supports your requested services. Optional storage is off until you make a choice.

Essential session cookie
PHPSESSID is a first-party session cookie used for sign-in, CSRF protection, one-time form tokens and requested account operations. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. The application expires authenticated access after 30 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours from authentication. Browser and server session cleanup can end a session sooner.
Consent preference cookie
pbps_consent stores the preference version, selection time and analytics/marketing choices for up to 180 days. It is first-party, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. Essential storage cannot be disabled through this preference because it is needed for the requested secure functions.
Requested configuration storage
packetgrid.configuration.v3 is the existing first-party local-storage key used to remember a server configuration you build. It remains until your browser clears it or you change it. It is not sent to an advertising provider. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.
Optional chat storage
The Tawk.to live-chat widget is not loaded automatically. Choosing Open live chat requests the external chat service, which may set its own service cookies. Marketing or analytics cookie choices do not automatically enable chat. Reload without opening chat to avoid a new chat connection; existing provider cookies can be removed in browser settings.
Optional marketing storage
When enabled, campaign source labels and affiliate referral attribution may be held in your PHP session for up to 30 days. Actual session expiry can shorten this period. Rejecting or withdrawing marketing consent clears the current session’s campaign and referral data and prevents new attribution. Information already included in a submitted enquiry remains part of that enquiry record.
Analytics and third-party security
No third-party analytics or advertising tags are currently installed. Enabling the analytics preference alone does not load a tracker. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, its security widget and verification are used on public forms. External payment pages apply their own cookie and privacy notices when you choose to use them. Website fonts use local/system font stacks.
Changing your choice
Choose Reject optional, Accept optional or save category settings below. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent account creation, ordering or contact enquiries. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. A future change in optional purposes requires a new consent version and an updated notice.
