Privacy policy
This policy describes personal information processed by the 1PBPS Inc. website and service workflow.

Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email, password hash and supplied billing details. Orders include configuration choices, operating system, hostname, notes, invoice amounts and status history. Support and Sales enquiries include contact details, message content, staff replies and related service references. Do not submit secrets or information unrelated to your enquiry.
Why we process information
We use this information to review requests, manage accounts, verify payments, deliver access information, respond to enquiries, maintain service records and protect against abuse. Transactional emails are separate from promotional marketing. Registering or placing an order does not sign you up for an advertising newsletter.
Payments and service providers
When you choose PayPal, the selected payment details and invoice references are processed by that provider. Cryptocurrency transfers are visible on the relevant public blockchain; submitted hashes and receipt review records are stored for verification. We do not collect payment-card numbers or wallet private keys. Configured SMTP providers process email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile, when configured, processes security verification data. No third-party advertising or analytics service is currently installed.
Optional live chat
Live chat is supplied by Tawk.to and connects only after you choose Open live chat. The provider may process chat messages, connection/device information and service cookies under its own policies. We do not automatically pass your account name, email, invoice details or server credentials to chat. Do not submit passwords or private keys. Use private support tickets for account-specific records. Closing the chat window does not necessarily remove provider cookies; manage these through your browser. See https://www.tawk.to/privacy-policy/ for provider information.
Security and access
Passwords are hashed. Server passwords, when supplied and an encryption key is configured, are encrypted at rest and excluded from emails. Private account records are restricted to their owner and authorized administrators. Authorized administrators receive copies of transactional notifications, including order and support updates. Security controls reduce risk but do not establish that every transmission, device or third-party service is risk-free.
Cookies, campaigns and referrals
Essential session storage supports sign-in, CSRF protection and requested workflows. Optional campaign and affiliate referral tracking operates only after marketing-storage consent. Source labels and the landing path may be attached to Sales enquiries. Cookie choices can be changed from Cookie settings. Refer to the Cookie Policy for names and durations.
Retention
Request-limit identifiers are hashed and retained for up to 24 hours by the application. Public form tokens expire within one hour; support-form tokens within two hours. Optional campaign and referral data expires after at most 30 days in the session and can disappear sooner. Cookie choices expire after 180 days. Accounts, invoices, payment records, tickets, enquiry records and mail logs are kept as needed for the service, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations. The operator must determine jurisdiction-specific retention periods; deletion may be restricted where a legal obligation applies.
Your requests and complaints
Contact legal@1pbps.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an explanation of how your information is used. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Do not email identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed. Applicable privacy rights and complaint routes depend on the relevant law and your circumstances.
International processing
The operator identifies the USA, UK and Dubai as business markets. Processing location depends on the deployed hosting, payment and email providers. A market label alone does not specify where your data is hosted. Contact Legal for the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your service before supplying restricted data.
