Before delivery
You may request a refund of the payment for an undelivered server order before usable server access has been supplied. Open a Billing ticket or email billing@1pbps.com with the order and invoice references. Billing verifies that payment was received, that the requester is authorized and that delivery has not occurred. Do not submit a wallet private key, card number or account password.
What counts as delivery
Delivery means the server has been provisioned and usable access details have been made available through the client account. Payment confirmation, an internal provisioning record or staged credentials alone do not establish delivery. The order history and actual access notification support review of the delivery time.
After delivery
The standard pre-delivery refund policy ends once the server has been delivered. Report a fault or service dispute through Support or Billing for investigation. Any separate written service commitment and any rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude continue to apply.
Cancellation before expiry
To stop a service at the end of its current prepaid term, submit the cancellation request at least 7 calendar days before the recorded expiry date. Include the service reference and ask for written confirmation. A timely cancellation takes effect at term end unless an earlier date is agreed. If you are unsure of the expiry date, request it from Billing. A request received later needs Billing review and does not automatically promise that renewal can be stopped.
Refund method and timing
Billing confirms the approved amount, return method and expected processing time after verification. Refunds are handled manually; an order cancellation button does not automatically reverse a PayPal payment or blockchain transfer. Cryptocurrency refunds require verification of the network, receiving address and agreed refund amount; exchange-rate movement is not an investment return. Never provide a recovery phrase or private key.
Credits and records
Verified excess payments may be recorded as same-currency account credit for new services or renewals. If a refund request concerns unused credit, identify the original payment and request Billing review. Refunds and credit adjustments must be recorded against their source transaction to prevent duplicate reimbursement. This policy does not remove applicable non-excludable consumer rights.
