Service delivery & support policy
Service scope and measurable commitments must be confirmed for the accepted order.

Provisioning
Hardware, operating system, location, access method and delivery timing are reviewed before deployment. A location directory entry is not a live stock report. Servers are activated after payment verification and actual provisioning confirmation, with access details supplied through the signed-in client area.
Support departments
Sales handles configuration and new deployment requests. Billing handles invoice, payment, credit, refund and cancellation questions. Technical Support handles server access and operational incidents. Legal/Abuse handles policy, privacy and misuse reports. Open a ticket to keep the request and response history together.
Measurement and escalation
For a fault, provide the service reference, affected endpoint, first observed time, relevant tests and business impact. Avoid passwords and private keys. Staff may request further diagnostics or coordinate an escalation. An email queue acceptance or SMTP receipt is not proof of inbox delivery.
Availability and service credits
No specific uptime percentage, guaranteed incident response time, automatic credit formula or automatic backup service is offered by this page. Any measurable service level, exclusions, maintenance arrangements and remedies must be agreed in a separate service document for the order. Claims about another provider’s network do not establish a 1PBPS service commitment.
Backups and maintenance
Keep off-server backups and test restoration. Unless a managed service is expressly agreed, application administration and data protection remain the customer’s responsibility. Ask Support about maintenance and migration requirements for your deployment.
